We care about our clients, caregivers and community.
We provide exceptional care.
We grow our skills continuously and make a positive impact.
Southern Living Assistance Services, LLC, is the dream of three people who have a combined 8 years of experience in the home care industry. We hope to bring a more personal level of care into the homes of the people we care for.
Our management team is experienced in hiring and motivating caregivers to perform at their best level, just as they would want a caregiver caring for their loved one. We are dedicated to meet the needs of our clients by helping them live their lives to the fullest from the comfort of their own home.
Our services include many levels of care, from light housekeeping, driving to appointments, running errands, to meal preparation. We also help out with daily activities such as showering, personal hygiene, toileting, and incontinence care.

The Southern Living Assistance Services Team
Right out of high school, Audra began a job at a local nursing home. That’s where her love of caring for the senior community began. Since then, she’s always worked in a field related to mature adults.
Unfortunately, in 2012 Audra's mother was diagnosed with Stage IV pancreatic cancer. Audra was her mother's caregiver until she passed away later that year. In 2016, Audra found another opportunity to be a caregiver. This time, she cared for her father after he underwent a lung transplant. Thankfully, he's still alive today.
Later in 2016, Audra used her own personal experiences as a caregiver when she went to work for a home care agency. She soon fell in love with the work and the opportunity it gave her to provide hope and service to other families in need of care. In 2017, Robin and Audra met and formed a strong partnership. They hope to bring their experience and compassion into the homes of other families and people in need of home care.
Patrick’s first career was spent in the telecommunications industry. For 34 years, he worked in various roles, some of which required him to manage people and projects. He raised a family during this time, providing for his children as a single working father.
Patrick eventually found his true calling when caring for his elderly father. At the age of 87, his father’s health began to decline. He passed away five years later. Patrick realized then there was a deeper, more purposeful calling for his life.
Patrick’s second, more important career builds meaningful experiences not only with clients, but caregivers as well. His biggest goal is to make a positive change in the lives of the people he meets.
“No one is useless in this world who lightens the burden of it to anyone else." - Charles Dickens
Robin’s career has been marked by years of providing service to others, including her time at USM in the registrar’s office, to years as a recruiter, to her current role at Southern Living Assistance Services.
Whether assisting someone with their schedule, their next career move, or searching for the right person to provide home care, she took on these tasks as if she was helping her own loved ones. Working in the senior care space for the last three years has allowed Robin to gain the experience to branch out on her own with Patrick and Audra.
One of Robin’s life goals is to make sure that every veteran has the benefits for their service they earned and deserve! She is a strong advocate of educating wartime veterans about the Aid and Attendance Pension.
